North Bolton sits against the West Pennine Moors, and many homes here back onto fields, woodland or streams, with trees along the boundary. These trees often need regular attention: deadwooding, reductions to keep them clear of houses, and removal of any that have become unsafe. On newer estates, the most common jobs are hedge reductions and removing trees that were planted too close to the house.
